Chloe Camilla came into adult film in 2010 as an amateur submission from a real couple, won Homegrown Video's first contest, and spent the next four years in kink.com's BDSM and wrestling series. From 2011 she worked as a sex educator, performance artist and writer in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the site she kept in those years is still online.

Amateur entry, studio years, then a change of job title
She was born in the United States on January 13, 1987. She studied communications and sexuality studies at university and graduated with a BA, and her own site notes that she was part of Phi Beta Kappa. Her first paid work in front of a camera was not a studio booking: she and her partner Nick sent a scene to Homegrown Video, a series built on viewer submissions, and won the first contest the company ran.
kink.com booked her repeatedly from that autumn onward, across bondage, machine and wrestling series. By 2011 the description on her own website had changed to sex educator, performance artist and writer. She taught workshops in Santa Cruz and San Jose, ran sessions for medical, nursing and physician assistant students on sexual health, and performed at venues from Femina Potens to Supperclub.

Between 2010 and 2014 she worked across the studio's series: Hogtied, Device Bondage, Fucking Machines, Whipped Ass, Ultimate Surrender and more. IAFD records 57 performance credits.
Educator and performer
Her workshops covered consent, sexual health, dirty talk and scene negotiation. Her stage work ran from suspension bondage to burlesque and spoken word.
